Our client is seeking an experienced Pipefitter / Welder (ASME IX)

Our client is a well-established Engineering firm in Tauranga who is seeking an experienced ASME 9 ticketed Pipefitter/Welder to join their team.

The Role

This is a full-time permanant position Mon-Fri (40-45 hours per week)
  • Duties include Pipefitting and Pipe welding
  • Operating in a variety of sectors mainly in BOP and Waikato
  • The work is predominantly stainless steel but there is also an element of other materials i.e. carbon steel
  • Driving a great culture for Health & Safety
  • Dealing with customers
What we are looking for
  • Must be competent in both Pipefitting and Pipe welding
  • Must hold a current ASME IX ticket
  • The role is mainly site based but there may be some workshop work.
  • Must be physically fit and prepared to get your hands dirty.
  • Must pass Drug & alcohol testing.
  • Must be presentable and be able to deal with customers.
  • Must hold rights to work in NZ.
  • Must have a Full Driving License.
